This Privacy Policy explains how TOO FOODTECH SYSTEMS (“we”, “us”, “our”), operator of https://foodtech-systems.com (“Site”), processes personal data of visitors and prospects.

  • Contact details you submit via the demo request form: name, company, email, phone, locale, and any free-text message.
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, referrer, language, and approximate location (for security and analytics).

3. Purposes and lawful bases

  • Responding to your demo / sales inquiry — performance of pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Service security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics and marketing — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), revocable at any time.
  • Compliance with legal obligations — legal duties under applicable law.

4. Cross-jurisdictional compliance

We process personal data in compliance with:

  • GDPR / UK GDPR (Spain, EU, UK)
  • Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (Russian Federation)
  • Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection"
  • CCPA / CPRA (California, USA) — including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale/sharing.

5. Recipients

Data is shared with vetted processors strictly to deliver the service: Resend (email), Telegram (messaging notifications), Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (messaging), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DDoS / Turnstile), Sentry (error tracking), Plausible / Vercel Analytics (privacy-first analytics). Data Processing Agreements are in place where required.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA / Russia / Kazakhstan, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or your explicit consent.

7. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for up to 36 months from last contact for follow-up purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your rights

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (GDPR / 152-FZ / KZ Law).
  • Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior processing).
  • Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your jurisdiction.
  • CCPA: opt out of sale/sharing — we do not sell personal data.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
